Acceptance of Terms of Use.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. The Rental Network Inc. owns and operates this Web, located at http://732542RENT.com (the Web site). This Terms of Use Agreement (this Agreement) states the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Web site. By accessing and using the Web site you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Web site. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES, POLICIES, GUIDELINES OR PRACTICES OF THE Rental Network OPERATING WEB SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING IT. The Rental Network may revise this Agreement at any time by updating this posting. Use of the Web site after such changes are posted will signify your agreement to these revised terms. You should visit this page periodically to review this Agreement.

Terms of Tenant Registration/Fee-Based Subscription Service.

The Rental Network provides access to listing information in a specialized rental information bulletin that is updated and supplemented on a regular basis.  The listing information may be used as often as the subscriber desires during the subscription period.  A diligent effort is made to keep the information current but there is no guarantee that the listed information is completely accurate when given to the subscriber.  The Rental Network does not act as an agent, either for the subscriber or the Landlord, nor is it liable if any information in the bulletin is inaccurate.  Rental Network provides no services other than the information contained in the rental listings information bulletin.  The Rental Network does not offer advice and all users of the website & service must do their own due diligence in regards to their counterparties and their associated properties. Only the subscriber named on this agreement may use Rental Network services.  The subscription is non-transferrable and non-assignable.  The subscription is valid for 1 month and cannot be cancelled.  If the Rental Network does not provide the services stated, the Subscriber may be eligible for a partial refund of $40 (provided the subscriber has signed up for 180 days, the 30 day access refund is $1) and requested updates every week for during the term of the contract, and after the contract has expired, either rents a property not listed with Rental Network or pays another month’s rent at his/her current address.  Proof of residency may be required.  Requests for refund must be in writing and mailed to the Rental Network at 609 Higgins Avenue ∙ Suite 3 ∙ Brielle, NJ 08730.  Requests for refund must be received not more than 15 days after the expiration of this subscription.  In lieu of a refund, the subscriber may continue to use the service after the expiration date, provided the subscriber continually keeps in contact with the service on a weekly basis, not to exceed the term subscribed for.  Rental Network reserves the right to deny service to anyone that Rental Network deems to be using the service in any malicious manner.

Terms of Landlord Registration/Real Estate Agent & Company Registration.

 The Rental Network provides access to listing information in a specialized rental information bulletin that is updated and supplemented on a regular basis.  A diligent effort is made to keep the information current but there is no guarantee that the listed information is completely accurate when given to the subscriber.  The Rental Network does not act as an agent, either for the subscriber or the Landlord, nor is it liable if any information in the bulletin is inaccurate.  Rental Network provides no services other than the information contained in the rental listings information bulletin.  The Rental Network does not offer advice and all users of the website & service must do their own due diligence in regards to their counterparties and their associated properties.  When required by law, landlords and their agents are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals or certificates of occupancy for the occupancy of their rental units. Rental Network reserves the right to deny service to anyone that Rental Network deems to be using the service in any malicious manner.

Ownership.

All materials displayed or otherwise accessible through the Web site, including, without limitation, news articles, text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, computer software and code (collectively, the Content) are protected under local and foreign copyright or other laws, and are owned by The Rental Network, its licensors or the party accredited as the provider of the Content. In addition, the Web site is protected under copyright law as a collective work and/or compilation pursuant to Local and foreign laws. You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information and restrictions on or contained in any of the Content accessed through the Web site. ANY USE, REPRODUCTION, ALTERATION, MODIFICATION, PUBLIC PERFORMANCE OR DISPLAY, UPLOADING OR POSTING ONTO THE INTERNET, TRANSMISSION, REDISTRIBUTION OR OTHER EXPLOITATION OF THE WEBSITE OR OF ANY CONTENT, WHETHER IN WHOLE OR IN PART, OTHER THAN EXPRESSLY SET OUT HEREIN, IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION OF The Rental Network.

Trademarks.

The Rental Network, Inc. , DESIGN are official marks or trademarks of The Rental Network, Inc.. Other names, words, titles, phrases, logos, designs, graphics, icons and trademarks displayed on the Web site may constitute registered or unregistered trademarks of The Rental Network, Inc. or third parties. While certain trademarks of third parties may be used by The Rental Network, Inc. under license, the display of third-party trademarks on the Web site should not be taken to imply any relationship or license between The Rental Network, Inc. and the owner of said trademark or to imply that Realty Pro endorses the wares, services or business of the owner of said trademark. Nothing contained on the Web site should be construed as granting you any license or right to use any trademark logo or design of Realty Pro or any third party, without the written permission of Realty Pro or the respective owner of any third-party trademark.
